Taiwanese breakfast re-imagined.

Not all breakfasts are created equal. Ask any Taiwanese local about their favorite breakfast go-to spot and they will enthusiastically offer to take you there the next morning and convince you that it is the best in the world. As ubiquitous as 7-11’s, it is impossible not to encounter a breakfast shop in Taiwan within a single block. In the case of Soori Eggs, our goal was to create a brand that honors the family’s 40 year legacy and maintain the quirky elements of a traditional breakfast shop while creating a modern dining environment and reimagine the breakfast eating ritual.
